The “Institut Català de la Felicitat” is a private organization that works in three directions. The first is to communicate content of interest associated with the different types of well-being.
They also publicize the good practices carried out by Catalan companies and/or companies operating in Catalonia in terms of organizational wellbeing.
Secondly, feliciCat also offers a series of services associated with training, consultancy in internal communication or detection and quantification of feelings, (for example the development of a personalized climate study). Finally, feliciCat, as an organization specializing in research, also works on different independent studies. The most outstanding, the “Barometer of happiness in Catalonia 2021”.
