Giving Recognition

With this type of sending you can recognize the work of others: their aptitudes and skills for a specific project or in general; or you can thank or congratulate them for actions or achievements.

Giving Recognition works with Soft Tokens (in the Initial BonusBank Token Pack for example, they are called Social or Expertise Tokens). Each organization is able to configure the flow of its Tokens: unidirectional or circular, sent by leaders or everyone…

The app has a Social Feed (to use it is optional), where the tokens sent between people and the corresponding messages can be seen, and where these messages can be liked.

These types of transfers of Hard Tokens are not of a public nature and can be made in three ways:

  1. A Transfer, directly into another account
  2. An Exchange of Soft for Hard Tokens. Those who have obtained a certain number and combination of Soft Tokens, can be entitled to convert these into Hard Tokens and receive compensation
  3. A Challenge. Give a target and tell how many tokens they get when the goal is achieved. Below more about it.

Thus, launch a challenge of either Soft or Hard Tokens (if we are a leader), for any individual in your company and with a goal that needs to be met. Sounds good right?

In the app, there are two places to monitor and validate the challenges that we have launched and were claimed and where we, upon completion of a challenge given to us, can claim the tokens: the validation and claim screens.

Start a collective mission to obtain a target quantity of specific tokens and challenge your team(s) to achieve it within the time frame you set.

Create missions at the Team level or for the entire company. In all of them the shared objective is to send or receive a minimum number of Tokens within a certain time.

“Let’s receive between us 100 recognition tokens this month” or “Let’s send 500 CSR Tokens during the next quarter” are some examples.

Why are Missions useful?
